Chai spiced almond biscuits

As heavily requested via Instagram here is the recipe for my super simple four ingredient almond biscuits.

INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
1 cup of ground almonds
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
(Optional chai spices such as ground ginger, cinnamon and cardamom)

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. In a medium bowl whisk the egg white briskly with a fork until light and fluffy (for about a minute) and then add all the other ingredients and stir to combine. The mixture should be sticky but also hold it’s shape. Roll into about 8 small balls and then flatten onto a lined baking tray and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden. Enjoy xx
